# TXOne Networks

> TXOne Networks is the operations-first OT cybersecurity company. We protect industrial control systems, production floors, and critical infrastructure with prevention-first architecture that deploys without downtime — spanning network security, endpoint protection, security inspection, discovery and assessment, and strategic governance.

TXOne was founded in 2019 as a joint venture between Trend Micro and Moxa and is now a fully independent company headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. Our portfolio is built for the realities of OT: legacy Windows endpoints that cannot be patched in place, industrial protocols that IT firewalls cannot parse, and production lines where any outage costs millions per hour. The TXOne Complete architecture unifies Edge (network), Stellar (endpoint), Element (inspection), and Sennin (governance) under a single operational model, powered by CPSDR behavioral detection, TXODI deep packet inspection, and VSAR operational-context vulnerability scoring.
