Device Recognition

Required Data: Device Recognition requires the identification of IP address and MAC address, but EdgeFire does NOT directly transmit any data to TXOne.

Feature Configuration Location: N/A - This feature cannot be disabled. EdgeFire does not directly collect and send any data to TXOne.

Feature Description: Device Recognition allows the product to identify devices connecting to the home network.

Virtual Patching

Required Data: Virtual Patching solution inspects the source and destination IP addresses, but EdgeFire does NOT directly transmit any data to TXOne.

Feature Configuration Location: N/A - This feature cannot be disabled. EdgeFire does not directly collect and send any data to TXOne.

Feature Description: Virtual Patching provides network-based intrusion protection for the connected devices by detecting and blocking intrusions from network traffic.
