Akihiko Omikawa

Chairman

In addition to his role at TXOne Networks, Akihiko Omikawa serves as a board member and Executive Vice President of Trend Micro. A four-decade veteran of Japan’s enterprise technology sector, he held senior sales and enterprise leadership roles at Microsoft Japan before joining Trend Micro in 2003.

Terence Liu

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Terence Liu is Founder and CEO of TXOne Networks. A cybersecurity entrepreneur and technology leader, he co-founded and led BroadWeb as CEO until its acquisition by Trend Micro in 2013, after which he became Corporate Vice President at Trend Micro, leading its IoT security business. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University.

YC Wu

Chief Financial Officer

YC Wu brings nearly three decades of experience in global financial markets, including roles at Goldman Sachs, UBS, JPMorgan Chase, and Citigroup. He has also led financings and strategic initiatives at fintech companies Yeepay and Wecash.

Nasser Zayour

Vice President, Global Alliances and Channels

Nasser Zayour manages the partner, distributor, and systems integrator ecosystem behind TXOne’s OT security portfolio. He joined in 2023 from Fortinet, following more than two decades in global alliances and enterprise security leadership.

Frank Kuo

Vice President of TXOne, APAC

Frank Kuo leads the company’s cross-regional APAC sales organization from Taipei. He previously built and led TXOne’s Taiwan and Greater China business, serving the island’s semiconductor and precision manufacturing base.

Gabi Novac

Vice President of TXOne, Europe

Gabi Novac leads TXOne’s growth across European markets. He joined the organization in 2022 and developed its channel program before stepping up to lead the region in 2026. Novac’s focus spans GTM strategy, channel development and team leadership.

Yoshio Kondo

Vice President of TXOne, Northeast Asia

Yoshio Kondo was brought in to build TXOne Networks Japan in June 2022. He previously spent 25 years at Microsoft Japan, rising to business executive officer and deputy head of its partner business division.

Todd Evers

Vice President of TXOne, Americas

Todd Evers drives TXOne’s operations and growth across the US, Canada, and Latin America. Prior to TXOne, he served as CRO at Sonrai Security, scaling product ARR and leading category expansion efforts.

Sami Ayyoub

Vice President of TXOne, MEA

Sami Ayyoub leads the regional sales organization and channel strategy across the Gulf, the Levant, Pakistan, and all of Africa. He joined in 2023 after roughly eight years at Trend Micro.
