Reporting a Vulnerability

At TXOne Networks, we approach security issues with rigor. Every PSIRT member is fully committed to product security of the highest standard. Our Commitment

We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 72 hours
To the best of our ability, we will confirm the existence of the vulnerabiltity to you and transparently communicate about steps we are taking during the remediation process
Lines of communication will remain open to discuss issues or challenges
Though we do not have a bug bounty awards program, we will publicly disclose confirmed and remediated vulnerabilities within the release notes of the update. These announcements will acknowledge the person(s) who reported the vulnerability unless anonymity is requested.

Responsible Disclosure

We request that you do not publicly disclose any vulnerabilities until we have had the opportunity to investigate and address them. We follow coordinated disclosure practices and work with researchers to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed before public disclosure.
