StellarEnforce Data Collection Notice

TXOne StellarEnforce 1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3 includes modules that may transmit data to TXOne Networks. Detailed information and opt-out instructions are provided below for disabling specific modules. Certain data collection may be mandatory and cannot be disabled.
Product Registration
Feature Description
StellarOne console connects to the TXOne Networks Online Registration System to check license status. During this process, the StellarOne console sends the server's IP address to TXOne Networks Online Registration System.
Data Collected
- Activation Code
- IP address
Console Location
Administration > License
Console Settings
If you do not want to allow TXOne Networks to collect this data, do not use the StellarOne console.
License Renewal
StellarOne console connects to the TXOne Registration System to check updated license status. During this process, StellarOne console sends the server's IP address to the TXOne Registration System.
Data Collected:
- IP address
Console Location: Administration > License
Console Settings: The only way to prevent transmission of data to TXOne servers is to not click the Renew License button.
OT Intelligent Trust
Feature Description
When OT Intelligent Trust is enabled, StellarOne shares anonymous threat and system information to TXOne data feedback cloud, allowing TXOne to rapidly identify and address new threats.

- Detected malware name and file information
- System installed software
- Certificates and Windows KBs
- Product settings
Console Location
Administration > OT Intelligent Trust
Console Settings
If you do not want to allow TXOne Networks to collect this data, disable OT Intelligent Trust.
