Protect Critical Infrastructure. Meet SOCI Act Obligations.

Securing Australia's Critical Infrastructure Assets

SOCI Act requires risk management programs, 12-hour incident reporting, and positive security obligations across 11 sectors. TXOne addresses these requirements without operational disruption.

Australia's Security of Critical Infrastructure Act establishes comprehensive security obligations for operators across 11 sectors and 22 asset classes. TXOne's operations-first approach enables organizations to implement CIRMP cyber security measures, meet the 12-hour incident reporting requirement, and satisfy supply chain security obligations while maintaining operational continuity.

Compliance Framework

What is SOCI Act?

Twelve hours to report. The SOCI Act is Australia's most comprehensive critical infrastructure protection framework, covering 22 asset classes across 11 sectors including energy, water, health, transport, and communications. Expanded through 2021 and 2024 amendments, the Act requires responsible entities to create and comply with critical infrastructure risk management programs (CIRMPs) covering cyber, personnel, supply chain, and physical security. Under CIRMP rules, organizations must report significant cyber incidents to the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) within 12 hours. This demands continuous monitoring, rapid detection, and established reporting procedures across operational technology environments. The November 2024 Enhanced Response and Prevention (ERP) Act amendments strengthened penalties and introduced additional requirements, reinforcing the need for security programs that address both cyber and physical security across OT environments without disrupting operations.
