RMA Policy
TXOne's RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) program is part of our customer satisfaction initiative during the product warranty period. For hardware defects, customers must initiate RMA requests through authorized TXOne distributors or resellers. Unauthorized repairs will void product warranties.
Before Creating a Request
• Review the warranty statement in advance
• Have your hardware serial number available
Create an RMA Request
• Provide product information
• Submit log files if applicable
• Include photos when reporting physical damage
Warranty Repairs
Products under warranty receive free repair service. Artificial/accidental damage is excluded from coverage. TXOne covers return shipping costs for repaired items.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
Charges apply for repairs outside warranty period and for artificial damage. TXOne invoices customers before RMA processing begins.
Data Security Notice
Customers must remove all confidential and proprietary information before sending equipment. TXOne assumes no responsibility for data integrity, leakage, or damage during the RMA process. Data recovery on RMA equipment is not guaranteed.
