Limited Product Warranty
Coverage Overview
TXOne Networks provides a limited warranty on hardware products and accessories. The warranty covers material defects in workmanship and ensures products perform substantially in accordance with TXOne's published specifications during the warranty period.
Warranty Period
• Spare Parts: One year from purchase
• Refurbished Products: Remainder of original warranty or 90 days (whichever is longer)
• New Products: Duration specified at txone.com/legal/hardware-warranty/
The warranty commences from the purchase date on a valid receipt; absent documentation, it begins from the manufacturing date.
What's Excluded
The warranty does not cover: software (subject to separate EULAs), products sold "as is", cosmetic damage from normal wear, misuse or improper installation, damage from accidents or unauthorized disassembly, defaced serial numbers, failure to implement updates, or use with incompatible hardware.
Remedy Options
Upon verified noncompliance, TXOne may elect to: repair the product, provide technical support, or replace the product or component. Customers must return products pre-paid in adequate packaging.
Liability Limitations
Warrantor's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer. The company disclaims liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost data, revenue, or profits.
