Data Processing Addendum
The Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) applies to the extent TXOne Networks processes any GDPR data within the scope of the GDPR (including transferring personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA) with the same protections as if it were transferred within the EEA) in connection with providing any TXOne Networks products or other services to a customer as processor or sub-processor for the customer. The DPA forms part of any TXOne Networks agreement that incorporates this DPA by reference.
