2026 Annual OT/ICS Cybersecurity Report

TXOne Networks’ 2026 Annual OT/ICS Cybersecurity Report presents findings from a global survey of 200 C-level OT security decision-makers across 6 industries and 5 regions, conducted with Frost & Sullivan in November 2025. The report examines the current threat landscape, persistent security challenges, year-over-year budget and workforce trends, and the growing gap between visibility and actionable protection. Key findings include that 96% of OT security incidents originate from IT-level compromises, 60% of organizations experienced incidents in 2025, and 88% increased OT security spending by more than 10%.
